How to finally FINISH that book: Top Tips with Roz Morris of Nail Your Novel

And it’s time for superstar #6!

RozMorrisRoz Morris is as fired up and energetic about her writing as her hair is red. It’s fantastic. As I mention in the beginning of this video, Roz has written dozens of novels as a ghostwriter, as well as several of her own books (fiction and non-fiction), so she sure knows a thing or two about finishing a book!

Which is something many of us struggle with. (Ahem…)

In this 20 minute chat, Roz gives some fantastic tips on the following:

  • When fiction writers usually hit problems and what to do about them
  • How to remain inspired to keep at the same book until it’s ready to fly off to an editor
  • Rewrites, edits, and polishing to perfection

If you’re in the middle of writing a book, or if you’ve got a manuscript tucked away in a drawer that you just know you need to get going with again, you’re going to love this interview.

  1. Great video with Roz Morris. I have been using her book ‘Nail Your Novel’ to get me through my elusive first draft of an idea that I have been working on for too long. Happy to report I’m half way through and working with more confidence and feel I can finally get it done. Those injections of motivation in the video discussion where great and perfect timing for me. I look forward to hopefully more insights on the video series and hopefully Roz returning too. Thanks again!

Got something to say? We'd love to hear it!
